Angela V. Huval, MSW, LCSW-BACS, BCD

Angela V. Huval, MSW, LCSW-BACS, BCD, is a seasoned and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 32 years of experience in behavioral healthcare, program development, and community outreach. A proud United States Army veteran, Angela has served honorably for 17 years and continues to serve with unwavering dedication, leadership, and a strong commitment to duty.

Specializing in crisis intervention, trauma response, and therapeutic services, Ms. Huval has worked extensively with individuals, families, and groups across a range of settings. Her work includes the development and implementation of school-based therapy programs tailored to meet the behavioral health needs of high-risk children and adolescents. With a strong focus on fostering resilience, she has provided critical support within foster care systems, juvenile detention facilities, and family-in-need-of-services (FINS) programs, helping to ensure that vulnerable children and families receive the comprehensive care they need.

Angela is also a skilled program developer and grant writer, having successfully secured funding for mental health initiatives that support school systems and community-based outreach. Her leadership in designing impactful, sustainable behavioral health programs has made her a trusted voice and advocate within the field.

Throughout her career, Ms. Huval has been recognized with numerous military and civilian awards for her exemplary leadership, dedication, and innovation in behavioral health services. Her work continues to reflect a tireless commitment to improving mental health outcomes and empowering individuals and communities through compassionate, evidence-based care.

Dr. Gwendolyn W. Hollinger, LCSW-BACS

Dr. Gwendolyn W. Hollinger, LCSW-BACS, brings a diverse and impactful career shaped by her passion for helping others. After beginning as a federal investigator, she transitioned into social work, earning her MSW from LSU in 1996. She has served in healthcare, school-based settings, higher education, and private practice, including becoming the first social worker at Our Lady of Lourdes Northside High School Health Center and later working as an Assistant Dean at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.

Since 2006, she has worked as a school social worker with Lafayette Parish School System while also maintaining a private practice. She earned her Doctorate of Social Work from Tulane University in 2019, graduating with honors. A published researcher, her work focuses on equity in education, particularly the impact of zero-tolerance policies and behavioral alternative schools.

Dr. Hollinger is an experienced presenter, including speaking at the 2024 Louisiana Association of School Social Work Conference at the Cajundome. She has been an Adjunct Professor at Tulane University from 2021-2023. She launched her private practice, SupaNova STAR Services, LLC, in 2020 and has been a Doctor on Demand Therapist since 2021.

Dustin Borrel, LMSW

Dustin Borrel is a Licensed Master Social Worker who holds a Master’s degree in Social Work. He initially practiced in the social work field for three years before transitioning into education, where he spent 17 years working as a certified teacher.

Dustin has recently returned to the social work profession and continues to focus on supporting mental health and well-being in his community. In addition to his professional work, Dustin has trained in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for over 10 years and holds a black belt. He has maintained a consistent commitment to physical fitness for more than 20 years and believes strongly in the role that discipline, resilience, physical activity, and healthy lifestyle habits play in improving mental health.

Dustin lives in Marksville, Louisiana, where he combines his background in education, social work, and martial arts to promote emotional wellness and personal growth.

Rusty Phillips, LCSW

Rusty is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, healthcare consultant, and entrepreneur with nearly 20 years of experience in behavioral health and clinical operations. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Master of Social Work from Louisiana State University.

He partners with healthcare organizations nationwide to strengthen leadership, improve clinical outcomes, and support sustainable growth, primarily within mental health and addiction treatment systems. Known for his practical, no-nonsense approach, Rusty bridges the gap between clinical integrity and business performance.

Previously, he served as Director of Clinical Services for Townsend Treatment Centers, overseeing operations across nine locations in Louisiana.

Rusty is also the COO and co-owner of Bourbon Royalty Candle Company, with products in over 1,200 retail locations across 23 states, and co-owner of Bougie Bar in Lafayette and Baton Rouge.

Kyah Spriggs, Certified Suicide and Crisis Intervention Instructor

Kyah Spriggs is a nationally recognized mental health advocate, motivational speaker, and facilitator dedicated to helping individuals and communities overcome life’s toughest moments. After surviving a suicide attempt in 2018, she committed her life to turning pain into purpose, using her story to inspire hope, resilience, and authentic living.

She is the founder of Six Feet Above, a movement focused on suicide prevention and mental health awareness, and creator of the Annual Six Feet Above Mental Health and Wellness Festival, which connects hundreds with vital resources each year.

Kyah has trained over 20,000 individuals nationwide, including educators, law enforcement, military personnel, and mental health professionals, equipping them with practical tools for emotional well-being. Recognized for her impact, she has received multiple honors, including being named the 2026 Remarkable Woman of Central Louisiana.

Through storytelling, humor, and real-world strategies, Kyah’s mission is to help others rediscover hope and resilience, even in life’s darkest moments.

Breanna Spriggs, LPC-S

Breanna M. Spriggs is a licensed professional counselor supervisor, author, and Clinical Director at The Family Tree Information, Education & Counseling Center. With over a decade of experience, she equips individuals, couples, and families with practical tools for emotional healing and healthy relationships.

Breanna is clinically trained in evidence-based modalities including EMDR, PCIT, and Youth PTSD Treatment, and is the author of The Church That Heals. The purpose of the book was to give ministries strategy to cultivate emotionally safe, Christ-centered environments where people can truly heal.

In her work, Breanna is passionate about helping individuals to walk through their personal healing journeys and to cultivate healthy relationships.

Quinton Light

Business Development Representative/Military Liaison 

Quinton serves as the Business Development Representative for the Patriot Support Program, working closely with active and retired military members, veterans, and first responders. He also represents services related to chemical dependency and addiction, helping connect individuals and organizations with the resources they need for effective treatment and recovery.

He holds a master’s degree in counseling and social services and brings both professional expertise and personal commitment to his work. As a veteran, Quinton has a strong understanding of the unique challenges faced by those he serves, which allows him to build genuine, trust-based relationships.

Quinton is passionate about helping individuals navigate mental health and addiction challenges, and he is dedicated to connecting people with real pathways to hope, healing, and long-term recovery. He approaches every partnership with intention, grounded in the belief that every life has purpose and the potential for a better future.
